Caroline Logan, an associate in the Division of Health and Environment at Abt Associates, is a health services researcher who focuses on policy and program evaluation, social determinants of health, health care financing, delivery system reform and implementation science.
Logan has almost 15 years of experience studying the impact of innovative care-delivery models and has led Abt Associates' work on a number of federally funded evaluations. She earned her Ph.D. in health policy from Brandeis University's Heller School of Social Policy.
