Batu Sayici is a fellow at The Governance Lab and its director of user experience. Before moving into user-experience design, he led digital-research strategy for Procter & Gamble’s Europe, Middle East and Africa division, where he set up digital ethnography, online communities and crowdsourcing as innovative ways of connecting with consumers.
Sayici has a master's degree in interaction design from New York University's Interactive Telecommunications Program. He also holds a master's degree in strategic marketing and a bachelor's degree in economics from Carnegie Mellon University.
