Arnaud Sahuguet is the chief technology officer for The Governance Lab at New York University. Until recently he was a product manager for Google in New York City working on civic innovation. He also has worked on mobile micro-donations with OneToday and on child protection in collaboration with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Before joining Google in 2006, Sahuguet worked for almost five years as a member of the technical staff at Bell Labs Research.

Sahuguet received his Ph.D. on the subject distributed query languages and optimization from the University of Pennsylvania. He received his master's degree in civil engineering from the Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in France and his bachelor's degree from Ecole Polytechnique.
