Tulsa Police have released graphic video of the death of Terence Crutcher, a 40-year-old man who was shot and killed by police on Sept. 16, reports Tulsa World.

In a news conference, Tulsa Police Chief Chuck Jordan said on Friday, officers responded to calls of a tan SUV in the middle of the road. One caller told the police a man had run from the vehicle saying, "It's going to blow."

Police, and a police helicopter, responded to the scene.

There are two videos of what happened next. One is from a dashcam of a responding officer's vehicle and one from the police helicopter which also responded to the scene. In both, Crutcher can be seen walking away from four officers with his hands in the air. On the helicopter footage, someone can be heard saying, "Time for a taser, I think," before Crutcher is shot.

Warning, these videos are graphic.

According to police, one shot was fired by an officer identified as Officer Betty Shelby. Officer Tyler Turnbough deployed a taser.

"I'm going to tell you right here and now, there was no gun on the suspect or in the suspect's vehicle," said Chief Jordan. "I don't usually like to leave y'all without further information...this is a criminal investigation and if you really expect me to carry this forward the way that the community's asking, the way my oath says I will, I can't discuss this any further."

He added, "We will achieve justice in this case."
