Who says hurricanes are all bad? Florida's coffers are stuffed with $800 million in sales tax revenue related to hurricane reconstruction. (That's the 2004 hurricanes). Even more cash is expected to pour in next year from this year's storms.

Now, as the Sun-Sentinel reports, the question is what to do with the windfall. Some want to shore up the state's insurer of last resort, which took a hit in all those storms. Gov. Jeb Bush says: nope.
