But it's a good reminder to appreciate the job your local city council is doing keeping a straight face putting up with crazy lunatics listening to public comments. 



The best/worst part, as Gawker points out, is that some poor guy had to write this thing down in the council's official minutes. The minutes kept it classy and vague:
