Here's a fun bit of trivia out of this year's elections. Four of the new state attorneys general are the sons of former governors.

Andrew Cuomo of New York is, of course, the son of former Governor Mario Cuomo.

Gary King of New Mexico is the son of former three-term Governor Bruce King. (His opponent's father-in-law was also a former governor.)

Next door in Arizona, Terry Goddard won reelection. His father Samuel Jr. was governor for a couple of years during the 1960s.

And then there's Jerry Brown, who has the distinction of being both the son of Pat Brown, another 1960s governor, and a former governor himself.
