Washington Secretary of State Sam Reed recently announced that the Web site of former governor Mike Lowry, who served from 1993-1997, would be maintained in the state's digital archives. Lowry's site isn't especially interesting for anyone who lived through the early Internet era, but future generations might learn something from studying it, or enjoy laughing at our rudimentary Web capabilities.
