It looks like tatoos will finally, officially be legal throughout these United States. (Who knew they weren't?!)
The first South Carolinian got legally inked in March. And legislators in Oklahoma, the last tat holdout, voted last week to legalize the industry there, and the governor is probably going to sign it.
