House Minority Leader Mark Waller's colleagues in the legislature, military and El Paso County praised the Republican as the right person to become Colorado's next attorney general at a news conference Monday at the University of Denver, where Waller received his law degree in 2003. The Colorado Springs resident is a former prosecutor who was first elected to the legislature in 2008.
