Showgirls in the Senate?

Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman (alas, no relation) is contemplating a bid for U.S. Senate. If C-SPAN had a little more entrepreneurial savvy and a lot less journalistic integrity, they would probably be underwriting Goodman's campaign. A senator who is escorted everywhere by showgirls and who suggests cutting the thumbs off graffiti vandals would certainly give the network a ratings boost.
