Why?

"Kids love all kinds of treats that are good for them." So says Kentucky's "Get Healthy" Web site, which offers a healthy list of alternatives including "silly ears," "inspirational rubber bracelets," "tiny plastic spiders," "fancy erasers" and "sugar-free candy."
