Luged, Not Stirred

When the nation's governors convene in Des Moines this weekend for the annual meeting of the National Governors Association, ideas about good governance won't be the only thing flowing.  Ketel One, the premium vodka label, has donated $50,000 in products for the governors' meeting---including "ice bars" and luges for martinis.
