The Philadelphia City Council unanimously approved a resolution yesterday opposing the deal to sell shipping operations at six major U.S.ports to a company owned by the United Arab Emirates.

But when presented with an unmarked map, only one of the 15 council members could actually locate UAE.

Sure, it's not absolutely necessary to know the location of a country you're officially denouncing. But it doesn't hurt, either.
