list of cities with the most mail carriers bitten by dogs.
Houston was at the top of the list from 1997 to 2000, but had fallen in recent years. But last year, the city saw 108 incidents of dogs biting mail carriers, putting Houston back at No. 1.
Maybe the Houston postmaster should reconsider those beef-flavored uniforms...
