10:51 P.M.: Two more mayoral updates: St. Paul Mayor Randy Kelly has been defeated by fellow Democrat Chris Coleman. This is a win that Democrats nationally are relishing -- Kelly crossed party lines to endorse Bush last year.

In another matchup between two Democrats, Mark Mallory has been elected the next mayor of Cincinnati. This was one of the closest races of the night.
