Banning Rufus

You may have seen the news this week that Rufus, a bull terrier, won Best in Show at this year's Westminster Kennel Club dog show.

And yes, congratulations. Hip hip, etc. But it turns out that Rufus wouldn't be welcome in several cities. More and more places are banning breeds of dogs (including Rufus's breed) that are considered dangerous to residents.
