Tester has been holding a big lead since polls closed in Montana. Webb is still up by 2,000 in Virginia.

If those results hold, that means a tied Senate. We're still waiting on Missouri. And the networks haven't called Tennessee yet, even though Corker still has a 3 point lead.

So what happens with a Democratic House and a tied or nearly tied Senate? I'm guessing lots of subpoena fights -- Democrats looking for information from the Bush administration, and the White House fighting them all the way to the Supreme Court.
