State Troopers First to Sue Christie Over Latest Pension Cuts

Unions representing New Jersey state troopers are the first to sue Gov. Chris Christie over pension payment proposals contained in his latest budget address.

 

NJ Advance Media reports the State Troopers Fraternal Association of New Jersey, the State Troopers Non-Commissioned Officers Association and the State Troopers Superior Officers Association filed the suit in state Superior Court this week.
