Colorado Springs Elects Ex-Attorney General as Mayor

Voters in Colorado Springs have elected former state Attorney General John Suthers in the city’s runoff mayoral election.

Voters in Colorado Springs have elected former state Attorney General John Suthers in the city’s runoff mayoral election.

 

Suthers had about 68 percent of the vote compared to about 32 percent for former Colorado Springs Mayor Mary Lou Makepeace on Tuesday night.
