Urban Projects in California Face an Uncertain Future



Legislation enacted last June to eliminate the California’s community redevelopment agencies was upheld in December by the California Supreme Court. Their dissolution has thrown into question the fate of hundreds of projects, including housing developments intended for low- and moderate-income people.
