Massachusetts Creates Fake Websites to Teach People How to Spot Scams



The state of Massachusetts is trying a novel tactic to protect consumers from online scam websites -- setting up its own phony websites, which will link unsuspecting consumers to informational websites that will tell them how they narrowly escaped being cheated.
