Indiana Must Pay IBM $12M for Canceled Contract, Judge Rules

A Marion County judge has dismissed some of the state's claims against IBM in dueling lawsuits over a canceled welfare-modernization contract. The state has claimed, among other things, that IBM had provided false information throughout the project.
