Indiana Governor Mitch Daniels' Makes Nonpartisan Pledge



Gov. Mitch Daniels will take over as Purdue University's president in January and has pledged to stop campaigning and commenting on politics until then. It puts a temporary stop to 40 years of politicking and deprives Republicans of a powerful voice in the coming months.
