California Gov. Intervenes to Curb Record-High Gas Prices



The same day the average price for a gallon of regular gasoline in California hit a record high of $4.655, Gov. Jerry Brown called for the immediate release of a cheaper, but less environmentally friendly, blend of gasoline in an effort to bring down pump prices.
