Denver Schools Regret Purchasing Expensive Solar Arrays

Taxpayers could be on the hook for millions of dollars after administrators at Denver Public Schools invested heavily in expensive solar power. The panels are intended to save the district at about $1 million over 20 years, but there are hefty termination fees totaling $15 million.
