Ron Chane has roamed the streets of Jackson, Miss., for weeks, filling in the crater-heavy roads with buckets of stolen city asphalt and his own sweat. The do-gooder, who previously called himself the "Robin Hood of Potholes," has been patching up some of the city’s worst holes to bring the issue to the city's attention.
