Why do I have to keep filling out subscription forms?

To renew, our auditors require that our subscribers complete a renewal form each year. These demographic questions allow us to qualify you for a free subscription. These questions also assist our editors in better targeting the content of our magazine to our readership.

We only need you to complete a renewal form once a year. Unfortunately, sometimes subscribers are solicited more than once for renewal because responses are not received prior to new requests being issued. We apologize for the receipt of multiple requests. To avoid this, please complete a renewal form as soon as you receive one.

Why do I continue to receive bills after I have paid for my subscription?

If you sent your payment less than four weeks ago, please disregard any bill that you received. Mailings are prepared in advance. It is possible that your bill was prepared and mailed before your payment was processed. Our letter and your payment probably crossed in the mail. If, however, you sent your payment more than four weeks ago, please call our toll-free customer service line at 800-940-6039 x1319 so we can correct this problem immediately.
