The U.S. Department of Homeland Security is searching for a senior leader to serve as Executive Director for the Office of Program Accountability and Risk Management in Washington, DC. Reporting directly to the department's Under Secretary for Management and Chief Acquisition Officer, the PARM Executive Director oversees a multi-billion dollar portfolio consisting of major acquisition programs across the department's seven operating Components. This Senior Executive will play a pivotal role in driving program performance and influencing high level department-wide acquisition investment decisions. Candidates should possess demonstrated executive level competency in leadership, program management, acquisition life cycle management, quantitative analysis, and critical thinking.
