Fels GOVERNING Public Policy Challenge

The GOVERNING Institute is a proud partner of the National Invitational Public Policy Challenge hosted by the Fels Institute of Government at the University of Pennsylvania in collaboration with GOVERNING. The event is an opportunity for students from a variety of disciplines to address current social issues, to connect with their peers and with leaders from the public sector arena. Modeled after MBA business plan competitions, the Challenge asks student teams to develop original policy proposals and innovative civic campaign plans to help achieve meaningful change in their communities. Held annually in spring, the event convenes graduate students from across the country at the University of Philadelphia to showcase their policy proposals and compete for cash prizes. Part of the prize money provides funding for the winning team’s project.
