Pedestrian Traffic Fatalities Map

See a map of where all fatal pedestrian accidents occurred.

This map shows locations of all pedestrians killed in traffic accidents between 2008 and 2012.

A Governing analysis found that poorer census tracts, shaded on the map, recorded disproportionately higher fatality rates. In all, more than 22,000 pedestrians were killed nationwide over the five-year period.
