Duration: 1 hour
Government leaders need to create a new workplace, one that offers untraditional benefits and scheduling options, different career paths and training opportunities, and access to new tools and technologies for communicating and getting work done. To discuss the cultural and institutional challenges we will talk to a panel of officials in their 20s and early 30s about what attracted them to public service, and their ideas for making work in state and local government more attractive to their peers.
