Here are some mindblowing stats for you. There are approximately one trillion unique URL's in Google and roughly two billion Google searches daily. One hundred million YouTube videos are watched each day. To date, there have been more than one billion Tweets. (see Twitter)
How in the world did we live our lives before the Internet? What is everyone out there in state and local government doing on the Internet these days?
I don't know about you but on any given day I check my Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Twitter and Outlook accounts. Several times. I scan my RSS feeds. I blog on two different sites -- Governing's and my personal one.
I've learned how to create slide shows out of photos and upload video to the blogs. I Tweet when something comes to mind. I have my BlackBerry when I'm away from my "stationary" computer.
I think I've remained sane but I should probably leave that determination up to those around me.So tell me...how is everyone else keeping up? Or are you?
