We just heard from a panel of Minneapolis public officials, including Mayor R.T. Rybak, about that city's incredibly well orchestrated response to last summer's I-35 bridge collapse.
I'll post more about the panel later today, but I wanted to share this video they showed before beginning their discussion. It's powerful and emotional -- and a real inspiration about the importance of coordinated, prepared local government.
