Now that New York City has started chasing after marriage moolah, will the city stoop to trying to profit from another type of tourism?

New York a top spot for those bent on suicide

Out-of-towners are traveling to New York City with the specific aim of killing themselves in a phenomenon researchers are calling "suicide tourism," a Manhattan public health expert reported yesterday.

Just as people travel to specific cities for sightseeing or to remote regions of the world for complex, but low-cost surgeries, others are seeing New York City as their final destination - in life.

Oh, I'm kidding, of course.

No city should try to make money off someone whose misery has driven them to make a terrible decision to end life as they know it.  (But enough about marriage, yuk yuk...)
