I Now Pronounce You Pot and Kettle

Pennsylvania state Sen. Vincent Fumo has introduced a bill that would make divorce illegal in his state:

"There's no greater threat to families and to marriage than the high divorce rate," Fumo said.

The kicker? Fumo himself has gotten divorced. Twice.

UPDATE: Well, this is what I get for posting before I'm sufficiently caffeinated in the morning. Fumo's bill was actually a rider to protest a proposed amendmend to ban same-sex marriage. He was saying that divorce is more of a threat to the sanctity of marriage than gay marriage is. Ahh.  Sorry for the confusion.
