Follow the "Recovery" Money

If you want to follow the stimulus package state by state, the Center for American Progress is one place to go. CAP released a map on Friday that it says accounts for allocation of 66 percent of the $825 billion stimulus money.

CAP describes the map as showing "the proportion of the funds that will help each state balance their budgets rather than providing additional funding for specific programs."

The organization will continue to release maps this week, it says, "delving into more detail about particular state-level programs in the recovery package."
