Double Dipping: Caught in the Crossfire



In the wake of Florida Sen. Evelyn Lynn's decision to forego a big salary from a university she'd sent earmarks toward, Mike Haridopolos is coming under pressure to do likewise:

Sen. Mike Haridopolos is facing renewed criticism for taking a $75,000 paycheck from the University of Florida during a statewide budget crunch.[...]

The hiring of Haridopolos, whose highest attained degree is a master's, has sparked controversy among faculty who say they weren't fully consulted about his hiring. Others have objected that Haridopolos will earn more than other political science lecturers who have doctoral degrees.
