Jim Webb is speaking now, sounding a lot more upbeat than George Allen did a while ago. That one will drag on for weeks, I'm afraid. He's up by 2,700 votes.
It looks like Claire McCaskill's lead in Missouri is growing -- but is smaller than Webb's. We've been hearing for a while that St. Louis city and county have been slow in coming in, as well as African American precincts in Kansas City, so Democrats are optimistic there.
But Montana Republicans are telling a similar story in the Senate race there, remaining optimistic despite Democrat Tester's lead over Burns, the incumbent Republican.
