Two of the candidates in May's Republican primary for a West Virginia House of Delegates seat share more than just a love of tax reform.

Jim and Pam Carden are married, and they're each running for the GOP nomination in the state's 15th District seat. This isn't a combative thing; it's more of a team effort. The couple plans to campaign together, and if either wins, the spouse will likely have a very large role in decision-making.

It's not a shoo-in: the Cardens will face four other candidates in the primary. But if one of them wins, says Jim, "either way it will be a victory."
