Early exit polls (and we know how accurate those can be) show bad news for Bush.
Nearly 6 in 10 disapprove of the president's performance. Same for the war. About a third of voters say they're voting to express disapproval of the president -- more than in 1998 (the year of Monica) and in the GOP "tsunami" year of 1994.
