Sioux Falls Stays the Course
Voters in Sioux Falls were in a complacent mood yesterday, reelecting two city council incumbents along with two newcomers whose parents had been city leaders. They also gave overwhelming approval to all 10 amendments proposed by the city charter revision committee.
