Resignation Tied to Plea Deal?
The New York Sun runs with a thought that I've been having today -- that Spitzer hasn't resigned yet so as to preserve that act as a bargaining chip with prosecutors.
Sources say a resignation could be linked to an agreement with federal prosecutors in which the governor would step down and avoid an indictment.
