Reading Tea Leaves: Guam edition
Guam has voted. Unofficially, Obama has won. Even when it becomes official, it won't actually count for any electoral votes at all. But one blogger points out that Guam has been a more reliable early bellwether than the small New Hampshire towns that cast ballots at one minute after midnight.
