I borrow my headline from Andrew Sullivan, who has been tracking Republicans coming out in favor of Obama. Jim Leach, a former longtime Republican congressman from Iowa, has endorsed the Democrat.
And, closer to our world, Pat Thomas, the Republican mayor of Dothan, Alabama, has endorsed the Democratic candidate in the local congressional race, Montgomery Mayor Bobby Bright.
