With the Dems' presidential nomination in a dead heat, there's more and more emphasis being placed on states with later primaries.
Now some Dem officials in Michigan and Florida are toying with the idea of a "do-over," since they moved their primaries so early this year that the party officially ignored them.
There's a delicious irony in the notion that, after all of last year's unprecedented manuevering and tinkering with primary dates, it may be the states with later primaries that actually end up as the more important players.
