Kidd and Kelsey Win Special Victories

Both of the legislative special elections I mentioned yesterday turned out to be snoozers. Independent Rusty Kidd won easily in Georgia, while Republican Brian Kelsey held a Senate seat in Tennessee for the G.O.P.
