If He Won't Quit...
If Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich won't quit and the legislature fails to impeach him, state Attorney General Lisa Madigan is threatening to take him down using a law that allows seven justices of the state Supreme Court to oust governors considered unfit for office.
