HOUSE AND SENATE : We're only watching one Senate races, SD 05, and Sen. Ed Charbonneau (R) leads narrowly in early returns. Here are the House races we're keeping tabs on:

HD 37 Reske (D) . . . REPUBLICAN LEAD (79 votes, but 12,000 early votes in Madison County, many from this district, yet to be counted)
HD 45 Tincher (D) . . . Ds are ahead with a few votes outstanding
HD 63 Open Seat . . . REPUBLICAN PICK-UP
HD 68 Bischoff (D) . . . Ds are ahead with a few votes outstanding
HD 72 Cochran (D) . . . REPUBLICAN PICK-UP (114 votes; expect a recount)
HD 75 Avery (D) . . . Ds HOLD

HD 15 Lehe (R) . . . Ds thought they had a shot in rematch, Rs are leading.
HD 31 Harris (R) . . . Ds had this as a top target and maintain a decent lead in early numbers, but delayed Grant County numbers will be the key.
HD 33 Davis (R) . . . Rs HOLD
HD 44 Thomas (R) . . . DEMOCRATIC PICK-UP
HD 45 Borders (R) . . . Ds put a lot of $$ in here, and in the last week, but Republicans have regained the lead.
