Branstad Getting Ready
Terry Branstad, a former four-term governor of Iowa, has been a little bit coy about plans to run again. But it looks like he's just about ready.
According to the Des Moines Register, Branstad is expected to announce his resignation tomorrow as president of Des Moines University, a preparatory step to a run he's expected to announce, or possibly not announce, in the days to come.
